Pony Trekking in the Cairngorms

You’ll find it hard to find a more picturesque location to enjoy a spot of pony trekking. On our fit and well-schooled ponies, you’ll trek through beautiful open fields, hillsides, and woodlands of the Cairngorms National Park, taking in spectacular views of the Cairngorms and the Spey valley.

Sit back and enjoy the ride, look out for local Highland wildlife, such as deer, rabbits, red squirrels, buzzards, herons, and the occasional osprey. If you like your adventure on the slow and leisurely, at-one-with-nature end of the spectrum, then pony trekking is definitely one for you.

No prior riding experience is necessary, all ponies have great temperaments and characters to suit beginners to more experienced riders. Suitable for ages 8+ years, and a maximum weight of 15-stone (210lbs/95kgs).
