Do I need to be booked on an activity to use the café?
No â youâre welcome to pop in for food and drinks even if youâre not taking part in activities that day.
Do we need to reserve a table?
For most small groups, you can just turn up. For larger groups, schools, or clubs, we recommend getting in touch so we can plan seating and serving times around your day.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
We can usually accommodate common dietary needs, especially if we know in advance. Let us know when youâre booking your activities or arranging a group pre-order.
How do pre-built group menu options work?
Weâll share our school, kids, and adult group menu options with you. You choose what suits your group, confirm numbers before you arrive, and weâll have everything ready at the agreed time so you donât miss out on activity time.
Can the café be used as a base during our day?
Yes, many groups use the Clubhouse CafĂ© as their main meeting point and base. Itâs ideal for leaving bags, regrouping between sessions, and taking breaks.
What are your opening hours?
Opening hours vary by season and activity schedule. In winter we open midweek and evenings on request, with extended opening at weekends and busier times. If in doubt, just get in touch before you travel.

While on holiday in the Cairngorms we visited the award-winning Cairngorms Activities again and booked ourselves in for a number of activities across the week: canoeing, laser clays, archery, gorge walking and footgolf. The staff are really friendly and provide you with a clear safety brief and instruction to ensure you get the most from the activities. Our favourite activities have to be canoeing down the beautiful River Spey and gorge walking at Bridge of Brown although all were really great fun. Thanks to all the staff, in particular, Rachel, Dan and Ashley for making all the activities so enjoyable!
