Canoeing, Kayak and SUP's on The River Spey

Join us for a relaxed paddle down the River Spey, taking in the sights of the Cairngorms from the water. This is a great way to experience the Highlands—peaceful, unhurried, and surrounded by nature.

We’ll meet at our centre to get you kitted up before heading upstream to the launch point. After a quick intro from your guide, you’ll set off downstream in your craft, learning a few paddling skills as you go. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the changing scenery along the way.

You’ll finish back at our own beach on the river, with time to get changed, enjoy a coffee, and even fit in a quick round of golf if you fancy. Suitable for ages 7+

We also offer an  Outfitting service  for Groups in the highlands. If your visiting with paddlers, we can help with equipment.

What's Included?

• Introductions to the equipment and initial kitting up
• 2-hour session with lots of guidance and instruction
• Use of easy to paddle canoes, kayak or SUP's with safe modern equipment
• Paddle tops and waterproofs as required
• Instruction from a qualified coach to help with your skills
• A guided tour and a journey along the wonderful River Spey
• Toilets and changing facilities available on-site
• Please note: Booking availability is on per person basis, not per boat
• You do need footwear that can get wet
